CCDA is a part of Governor Newsom’s Clean California initiative addressing graffiti vandalism, illegal dumping, and beautification. The Beautification Council has a contract with the District Attorney office to perform micro cleaning services with illegal dumping extraction and graffiti vandalism removal in identified locations.
