CCMA is a part of Governor Newsom’s Clean California initiative addressing illegal dumping along state highways and beautification. The Beautification Council has a contract with Caltrans, responsible for 57 sites located on the right-of-way and off the right-of-way (highway entrance and exit) performing micro cleaning services.
